Tip: All your tenants should know you as the “property manager” not the “owner or landlord”. They treat you differently when you have to go to the “owner” for approval on anything when you are the “property manager”. So reduce your stress of a landlord and be just like me as a cargo pants maintenance man…(wonder what they think when they see me pull up in a red convertible corvette?)

Entrepreneurs know when to take advantage of a good deal.
What I have learned from this principle is that you gain more knowledge beyond what you expected, you meet like minded people and plant seeds for success. Opportunities beyond the subject matter alway presents itself on time.
